Why am I not getting cold air into the fridge section?

All my fans work my damper is operating, my sensors are working properly. but i am not getting any air movement through the vents. at the hole where it comes into the fridge from the freezer I can feel some air movement but it is ever so slight. just not enough to make it all the way through the vents. Please help
