Can an iPhone 5 use an iPhone 5s or iPhone 5c flash chip?

I am having a hard time finding an iPhone 5 on iOS 7 but I’ve found two 5s on iOS 7, can I swap around the flash chips? Or if that won’t work can I put a 5c flash chip into and iPhone 5?

I think they are compatible but you will need to program the NAND with a programmer or find a store that will sell you the NAND pre-programmed but you will need to supply them with the IMEI and maybe some other info.
