How do I repair the upper case screw "bushings/barrels"?

I've tried Gorilla Glue super glue, but the torque applied by the screws is apparently too much for the glue. I was about to try Gorilla Glue epoxy which has a torque rating of 3300psi, but thought I'd seek any additional advice first.

Also, how do you remove the keyboard from the case to put into another case? It seems as though the keyboard is held in place by plastic pins that are melted into place. Any ideas?

i suggest to use 4250psi gorilla glue epoxy, the one that labeled resin.

As for the keyboard, you can remove the melted plastic pins using fine cutter, after all the melted pins are gone you can easily remove the keyboard. To assemble the keyboard to the new case, you can use hot glue gun as a replacement to the melted plastic, and make sure give enough pressure until the glue harden
