Controller won’t turn on, orange flashing light

Dual sense controller won’t charge, turn on or reset. I have pressed the reset button, unplugged and reseated the power cable and I have plugged it in and left it to charge for several hours. When I press the power button, I get an orange light flashing twice, and then nothing.

Does anyone have any ideas, or know what I’m looking at?
