screen flickering after sometime it changes to white

I play game before 2 years ago in PSP go . I was charging the console after sometime,

I open the console it started flickering like white colour and imediately changes into white colour .but there is an other problem I have faced is slider is hard to pull , ps button also haven't work properly .
