Ghosting, wrinkly papper and poor quality

Hello! I've a Brother MFC-L8650CDW and when I print the the left side of the paper is embossed from, what I think, the feeding wheel. As well as this the print has ghosting.

Is there a common part that I can change to fix this?

I contacted Brother support. They suggested to update the firmware on the printer... (what, how's that going to help?)

@lewisvaliant
I've experienced a similar issue with the brother L8900CDW. I found the issue to be the orange fusion roller becoming damaged due to overheating. An easy way to tell is by opening the back panel, pulling down the 2 green clips, and checking the orange roller for any visible damage. I hope this helps!

Most likely it’s a fuser. Open back door and check the rollers on the fuser if they in good condition.
