Hi,
It looks like that all the pads correspond to a via (through hole) above them. Once you clean up the solder joints with some solder wick and then alcohol, you will see that this broken pad probably got torn off that big green trace that has the writing "CL5" in it.
If I were you, I would scrape off some of that green solder mask on that wide trace to expose the copper, making sure not to damage the via and run a jumper wire or a jumper pad to that pin.

You are absolutely right, looking at the board that you linked, that pad is not connecting to anything so you don't have to worry about it. It happens that some of the pad are 'No connects' which means it is easier for your repair as you can just leave it as it is.
