Why my touch screen still dosent work after screen and frame change.

Here are some images showing the no touch troubleshooting flowchart and the location of the components mentioned in the flowchart taken from the service manual for the phone. (Note: The 2nd image shows the components location, the top is zoomed in section of the board and the lower is of the entire board)

If either of the components mentioned i.e. C10025 and U10004 are "missing" then their part numbers are 2203-007796 and 1203-008872 respectively. Search online using the part number only to find suppliers that suit you best.

If everything checks out OK up until the step in the flowchart that says to replace the OCTA given most other functions are OK I suggest that you try another display first.
