Hi furkan,
So what method did you use to remove the back glass? Heat gun? That's the most common way for us home DIY-ers to do it. The downside is that there are a lot of components on the other side of that sheet of metal the glass is mounted on, and it's not at all uncommon for those components to get damaged as a result of the heat used.
By far the safest way to do a glass replacement is to basically gut the phone before starting so you don't get heat damage on any of the components; of course once you've gotten to that point you might as well just buy a replacement housing. The use of a laser to burn off the adhesive is what the professional repair shops use, as it doesn't transfer much heat to the inside of the phone, but that's not something most of us have access to.
Can you be a bit more specific on what isn't working with your Face ID? Is it not available, or it's telling you to move a little closer/further away, or what?
