Not able to boot up cleanly

Model A1311 / Mid 2011 / 2.5 & 2.7 GHz Core i5 or 2.8 GHz Core i7 Processor

2011 IMac User,

I have the same issue but it’s been happening after a brand new hard drive and OS install. Any explanation why this might be happening?
