Internet connection issues (Wi-Fi or wired)

My Xbox One X has had 100% packet loss for some time now. I’ve had my ISP out multiple times, and he replaced the hardware between router and Xbox. Got a brand new nighthawk router too. I’ve cleared all cache, checked for updates, I’m at my wits end with this. Can anyone help?

@thorf350 If you are connected to the internet and it's an online game then it will save it on your profile, plus this may fix the problem.
