Why is there something rattling around under my right trigger?

If you were to shake my controller, you could hear something that sounds like a screw rattling around inside. Sometimes when I pick it up and try to pull the right trigger at seemingly presses against whatever is rattling around and cannot fully be pulled. Anyone have a link to a tear down good for the controller just so I can get inside.

I have the same problem, I was able to pinpoint it when i took off my joystick cover and noticed it would rattle when I shook it. I don’t know how to fix it but i now know its that. I don’t see anything moving inside nor on top the metal joystick cover.
