Can you disassemble the monitor, then upload pictures of the circuit boards? Adding images to an existing question

jackmotimele104 are you saying that the monitor does not want to turn off? It is on all the time?

Did you try another External Power Supply?

I'm having the same issue with what looks like almost the same exact monitor: LG 27GL650F-B. Seems like a power surge happened even though I have a surge protector because the monitor flickered, then shut off, and hasn't been able to turn back on since. What tools do I need to fix this and does anyone know how?

@ryanarther if anything it'll most likely be the power board. You will have to disassemble your monitor and check the board. As for tools, commonly just a few hand tools (screwdriver set) will do. You may need more once you know what is wrong with it, but for now, just disassemble and evaluate.
