1 its not getting on
my marshall acton speaker is not getting on.
i tried changing the cable but it is not getting on.
one day i switched on the device but it did not start

Could you try a different outlet, wall brick, and maybe send us some photos of the female plug on the speaker. This would help a lot thanks.
