Remove R/W screw to boot into Windows

I am looking to do a complete OS installation of Windows. I know the process of completing that through Mr. Chromebox installation guide. However, he mentions that you need to open the Chromebook and remove the R/W screw inside in order to fully flash an alternative OS such as Linux or Windows. Has anyone attempted this? If so, please describe where the screw is located? I know to open the Chromebook you just pry up the rubber pieces on the bottom. However I want to make sure I am only removing the correct screw on the inside.

I found a video on youtube showing EXACTLY what screw to remove. Wanted to share with the community. https://youtu.be/wOsezY7znZ8

If you need any help please feel free to reach out to me. I'll be giving this a try as well as performing the installation of Windows. Already have Dual Boot of Ubuntu/Chrome OS - due to no longer receiving updates I use Ubuntu ONLY at this point other than to run some terminal codes to install other flavors of Linus from ChromeOS.
