My laptop made a very loud constant buzz sound and screen went black

So I was just watching netflix and closed it and went to search some stuff on the web, a few minutes later, when i looked at my phone for schedules, I got scared and because my laptop was making a very loud high pitched buzzing sound and the screen went black while having some green lines at the top of my laptop, i didn't know what to do i wanted it to stop so i made a hard reset. I recently added an SDD because the HDD was getting slow, My games are crashing too
