The Middle of my S10e screen doesn’t work

I got this phone from a friend and the top and bottom thirds of the phones screen work but the middle doesn’t. i don’t have the money to get it replaced. what do i do

anderson that looks like a bad digitizer. You will have to replace the display assembly to get it back to work. Of course there is always a possibility that this is related to some IC on the motherboard, but for now I'd go with a new screen.
