Hi Carl,
I must admit, I'm at a loss here. Did you use the iFixit iPhone 6 LCD and Digitizer Replacement guide? If so, I see nothing there that should have any effect on the wifi or bluetooth signals; not even close.
Maybe a little history on the phone would help. Why did you replace the screen? Are you sure the wireless signals were working between whatever happened to the display and when you replaced it? I'm curious as to whether it was the original damage or the repair when the wireless quit working.

Hi Jerry, I dropped my iPhone 6 and cracked the screen. The wi fi and bluetooth were working fine afterwards. After I replaced the screen the wi fi and bluetooth are not responding. I didn't replace the digitizer or anything else.
@rpmcmurphy Okay, thanks that helps narrow it down; it seems the wireless failures must somehow be related to the repair, but I'm darned if I can figure out how. Hopefully some of the other contributors on this site will have some ideas on how that could have happened and what you can do to diagnose and/or fix the problem.
Oh, and yes, I'm pretty sure you did replace the digitizer; it's fused to the LCD and really can't be replaced separately. The LCD and digitizer are two separate parts but they only come as a single assembly, along with the backlight.
I'm having this issue as well. Also some pictures are saying dose not support.
