Can I use touchpad flex cable 593-1604-B in place of 593-1428-A?

I have a 13 inch macbookk air (A1466) for the year 2012. My touch-pad ribbon cable (593-1428-A) needs replacement and it is not available here in India. On the other hand 593-1604-B is available. This cable is used in 13 inch macbook air (A1466) manufactured in 2013 and later. Can this be used in A1466 (2012)? Thanks.
