Why my pencil will not charge over 3%

First tike my child trying to use the pencil and it will not charge, had it two years.

it may have disconnected the wires that connect its charger to the battery or suffered even more damage. Unfortunately, Apple Pencils are basically unrepairable since they are entirely sealed as mentioned on the iFixit Teardown for this device:

"The pencil is clearly not meant to be opened or repaired; you can't get inside without destroying the device."

you'll have to either have to get apple to replace it or just buy a new one
