The Z1 is a small, light, and portable CPAP machine. A CPAP is a Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) a form of positive airway pressure (PAP) ventilation in which the application of positive pressure is likely intended to prevent upper airway collapse to help with sleeping complications.

How do I get this working after replacing internal battery?

I replaced the internal battery, but company won’t send updated software. I don’t care about recording data—just want the thing to work

So it won't work after you replaced the battery?

Are you sure it's a software issue?

Replacing the battery alone doesn’t seem to solve the Fault 33 error (which technically is an over pressure warning). I’m looking at replacing the transducer and will report on the results in the CPAP forum. It’s been reported that pushing a pin into the transducer eliminates the fault, I suspect it might also eliminate the unit from accurately monitoring set pressure. This would render it no longer safe for their intended purpose.
