How to turn off narrator voice for a blu ray movie

Hello all,

I would like to ask for your help regarding the following situation:

I am trying to watch a BluRay movie format on my LG OLED C1 from an external HDD. Everything it is ok except the fact I can hear the narrator's voice and I cannot turn it off. It is unpleasant to watch a movie and hear someone telling the story on the same time.

Is it there any chance to avoid this situation? If yes, how?

@andreivladpopa is this with every movie you are trying to watch from your HDD? How is it when you use a BR player? Do you have a narrator with every playback or is it isolated to the external HDD? What is the exact model number for your TV?
