DJI Drone bound to account?
I have a DJI Mavic three I just bought off eBay and it says that it is bound to another account i called DJI and the said that they will do nothing I’m a little lost cause I spent so much money on it. I want to be able to fly it is there anyway that this can be on down from the previous owners account? I don’t know who owns the account though. Can anyone help with this

I also am having this issue with the bound account. I bought a storage unit and the complete drone case and set like everything included in thee kit that's supposed to be there was there. After contacting dji I was told it was called in as a fly away by the previous owner. And that that owner will have to redact the fly away as they were never given a replacement it was still in process. But here's my thing .. number one it obviously was not a fly away. The owner was fraudulently reporting that it was simply "missing" to try to get a new one when the complete set was in its case. Drone and all of the attachments and battery's thermal etc. So shouldn't that be some kind of breach of contract on the previous owners part? And also I have provided the bill of sale and receipt for the unit. So isn't there some way to file something in court here where I am for ownership rights even if I have to? I plan to use this to make a living helping people in my community and I'm at a standstill. Any thoughts?

“That’s really frustrating! Hopefully eBay support or the seller can help you get it unbound.”
