most likely not its a part of the screen best bet is to add a screen protector on top of the scratches because this isn't a easy swap sorry

Yes it's replaceable. Easy if you're confident in this sort of thing. Repaired loads of versas in the past. Depends on price of the parts to be honest. Also if you feel you can do it.
