Right Joy-Cons lose connection while Switch is in Dock Mode

Hi Guys,

when i have my switch in docking mode, my right joy cons lose connection when i am not sitting directly infront of the switch. Same problem for all right joy cons i have, so its most likely something with the Switch. When i put the switch out of the docking station, on its stand i can sit further away and everything seems to be working fine

Does anyone have an idea what the Problem could be?
