Veronica Perez what is the exact model number? For now, disconnect the TV disconnect all peripherals connected to it. That includes cable box, sat box, game console etc., everything. Then push and hold the power button for around a minute. Then connect one input source and I prefer a non-hdmi connection. So composite or coax will suffice. Now plug the tv back in and start it. Has that changed anything? If not, time to remove the back cover from your TV and to visually inspect all the boards for any missing or damaged components. Now, it will help if we can see what you see. Post some good pictures of your boards with your question Adding images to an existing question
The white screen means your backlight turns on, but then off again. This could be a main board or a power board issue. Once you have the cover removed and inspected your boards, disconnect the mainboard from the power board. If the backlights come on and stay on, you know your power board is okay and the issues are on some of the other boards

@oldturkey03 So far, I have tried unplugging for >1 minute, then also unplugging and holding the power button for >1 minute. Still just flashes white, then black, and repeats. I have the QN55Q60AAFXZA.
