Part of Google's third generation of Pixel phones, the 3a is a budget-minded option with the same camera as Google's flagships. Available in Clearly White, Just Black, or Purple-ish. Released May 2019.

Dropped Pixel 3a, No Cell Service Signal

Dropped my phone. Everything is fine, except the signal bars just display a "!" and quick-settings drop-down shows "No service"

Restarting the phone and reinserting the SIM had no effect.

What to do? Is there a cell antenna I can detach and re-attach?

Fixed it by:
Using heat to open up the phone, taking the screen off, accessing the board.

Disconnecting and reconnecting the little flat-top connectors near the center of the phone. (Didn't touch the coaxials at all surprisingly).

And that's it!

maybe the antennas were damaged when your phone was dropped (not sure if this is possible, so lets see if anyone else can help you with a better guess)
