A green line across my display
After the updation of software 13 over my display there is a green line appeareing.

Not sure if this will work but try to rollback the update and check if the phone is OK after the rollback

The digitizer screen has cracked internally. It happens when the phone falls. If it falls again you might find even more lines until it's impossible to read what's displayed.
