Sandeep Panjala could be an issue with the battery. I would definitely start with that one. Replace it and re-evaluate. Here is a video that shows how to change the battery yourself.

Do not charge! That means the battery is swollen and could explode! Replace the battery VERY carefully and make sure it’s discharged!
