Naana Apaw, There are a few things you should try:
If the phone doesn’t respond with a new cable/charger/outlet, but other Lightning devices responds to the same, you’ll have to (at least)open the device to check for damage on the logic board. If you’re not well versed in electronics and have a good understanding of components, we can try to help, but some things can be a bit hard to get at first.
The charger “blowing” has most likely sent a power surge over the Lightning cable into the phone and cooked something inside. Electronics do NOT like power surges (or dirty power) but luckily many devices do have some protection against damage from such things.

Hi Naana,
I'm afraid we're going to need more information to be able to help you.
What exactly do you mean by, "the socket blew"? The AC wall socket burned and spit out sparks? The AC adapter caught fire and blew up? The lightning port on the phone went out in a blaze of glory?
So what exactly blew and under what circumstances? I take it the phone was charging at the time? Did you see it happen? Was the phone turned on? What did you see on the phone when whatever it was blew?
The answers to some or all of these will enable us to figure out what you should do next to get your phone back up and running.

The phone was off and was off and was on charge. The adapter went off and phone hasn’t been on since
