How Can I get past an enterprise bios password on an hp EliteBook 1030

Hi Guys,

I recently got asked to reset a laptop by a mate, it is an HP EliteBook x360 1030 G3 with sure start and a bios password which he has forgotten.

As well as other guides which suggest removing the cmos battery (such as this one: https://www.4winkey.com/computer-help/ho... for HP SpareKey Recovery.)

How should I proceed?
