Weird type of stickdrift
I bought a broken golden ps4 controller that looked like it had a custom PCB, but the shape was very similar to that of JDM-040.
The problem with the PCB is the 'stickdrift' I encountered. It's not even stickdrift I think.
The inputs only go straight up, down, left, right and diagonal. It doesn't register inputs that are not 180°, 90° or 45°. In gamepad-tester this shows that it jumps from one input to the other.
The joystick themselves move smooth. They were also different than a regular ps4 controller, but I replaced those and the potentiometers, the problem still occured. Is the motherboard just ded?
