iTunes error 4014 when restoring

Hi. I get a 4014 error in iTunes after restoring from DFU, the device can't enter recovery mode. I heard 4014 is a NAND error. All I did was used sunst0rm to downgrade it to iOS 11.3.1, I shut it down and now I can't restore from DFU. I tried restoring on Windows 10 and 11, and macOS Catalina on a hackintosh. Thanks
