Touch ID MacBook binding

Hey Guys,

I hope you are doing well.

I’m going to change the logic board MacBook 2020 13” intel 4 thunderbolt ports. The question is the Touch ID bind to the logic board? I mean need to change it paired with MB?

Have a great day!

Thank you

Hi

As far as I know it is paired to the logicboard,just like on a iPhone it can only be paired by apple unfortunately ,so unless you have the one that came with the logicboard you are out of luck unfortunately;-{

Hopefully this helps

Any questions please ask

Thanks:-)
