Monitor is saying no signal but pc is running . Been like this since i

So i bought a ABS Gladiator from newegg and every since i received it the monitor has been saying no signal. I’ve tried every method i can think of and researched about and nothing seems to work. So I turned to my community to seek a expert for assistance. I’ve uploaded the following pictures to show if anything is wrong. The specs for my pc is:

  • CPU: Intel Core i7-12700KF 3.6GHz (5.0GHz Turbo) 12-Core 20-Thread
  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti 8GB (Brand May Vary)
  • Chipset: Intel Z690
  • RAM: 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3000MHz
  • SSD: 1TB M.2 NVMe SSD
  • CPU Cooler: RGB AIO Cooler
  • PSU: 700W Gold
  • Case: Deepcool Matrexx 50
  • Operating System: Windows 10 Home

Can you get into BIOS with a display?

Do you hear 1 beep after it starts up?

If no beeps heard at all check if there is a system speaker (example only) attached to the motherboard (see System warning speaker header pin location p.1-19 of the user manual)

It may not be passing POST (power on self test) for some reason - see p.2-21 of the manual for beep codes meaning

Did you install the ram modules in slot A2 and B2 - see p.1-5 of the manual? (not A1 & A2 or B1 & B2)

Make sure that the power cord is discnnected from the PSU when removing /installing anything on the motherboard
