The Ebike wont charge after drain

Sometimes the battery will get too low and the charger can't detect it. Unplug the charger from the wall, now plug in your bike, now plug the other end back into the wall. Unplug it from the wall, wait 5 seconds and plug it back into the wall. Do this 15-20 times, you're slowly recharging the battery by doing this, and hopefully the charger will then detect the battery again.

It sounds like your battery isn't charging properly, and the red-to-green light cycle could indicate that it's not getting a full charge. First, make sure the charger and cable are working well, and that there’s no dirt or damage interfering with the connection. If your battery is older, it might have trouble charging after being completely drained. Try resetting it by holding down the power button for 10-15 seconds, then plugging it back in.
