Phone fell off of countertop, screen no longer functions properly

I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy S10 for work, and the case, along with the screen protector I bought, hadn’t arrived yet. So, I figured I’d set it up while putting something away. I (unfortunately) bumped it off the counter and now the screen produces a quick flash of bright light towards the bottom half whenever I push the power button. The only damage I can see is to the OLED display. What course of action should I take?
