This particular panic references i2c3. i2c is a communications protocol used for signals sent between chips on the board. The 3 just means it's the 3rd i2c group. In the iPhone XS Max i2c3 is largely display related communications. If you read further in the log, it makes mention of the device display PMU, which is a chip also known as Acorn by Apple.

This panic could indicate a few things. It may be helpful to know what the phone is doing. But it could be an issue with the display, it could be an issue with Acorn itself, but it could also be an issue with the 2 boards having a severed connection. Most modern iPhones have 2 separate logic boards stacked on top of each other. Acorn is on the bottom board, but the CPU and the display connector are on the top board.
