No password od password disk.
How can I get into my computer that I got from my mom that she has no idea what the password is and she has lost the disk for the password reset. I really just want to do a factory reset on it.

Is it asking for the password on boot? Or does it ask for the password when you boot into windows?
Depending on when it asks for the password, there are ways to "remove" the password or reset it, depending if your mom wants to salvage any data like photos

When I get into the computer and it comes on its asking for a user password and when I click reset password it's asking for a disk or cd but I have neither. She doesn't need anything on the computer so I just need it factory reset.
