Where to get replacement screw for Valve Index?

The left speaker on my headset died and I accidentally stripped the screw in the process of removing it. Does anyone know the exact measurements for it/where I can get a replacement screw?

Hi,

Do you mean the screw as shown in the image of Step.1 in the Valve Index Headset Left Speaker Replacement guide?

If so it is a 8.1mm T6 screw. T6 is a torx head M1.7 size i.e 1.7mm thread width (i.e. diameter of screw, not thread pitch)

Bit hard to find online. Found these but they're Philips head not torx.

That's the one, thank you!

@Jon Wright

You could always try M2 size i.e. 2mm if you can't find suitable suppliers for the M1.7.

I wouldn't image 0.3mm would make that much of a difference

Cheers
