What model 755 is it i.e. mini Tower, desktop, Small form factor (sff) ultra small form factor (usff)?
What colour is the Power button light e.g. green or yellow?
Is it blinking or steady?
If no lights at all, have you checked if the wall power outlet is OK (hair dryer works OK when plugged into wall outlet etc)?
What have you tried?
