My device keeps vibrating continuously without any reason automatically and as well as does not opens directly after power off & reboot, I have to wipe memory and then it comes back to life after 4-5 hrs

Check your screen and screen protector. If any unwanted contact is sensed by the screen it can result it touch feedback vibration.
