My Samsung Watch Active Front Cover Glass fell off

My Samsung Watch Active, which is 2&1/2 year old, the front glass cover fell off, I took to Samsung Service station they fixed it, but again after 1 week it came out again.

Kindly suggest, how to fix it myself?
