"Air temprature is low" warning is popping up.

After a minor damage, when my phone slipped from my hand the "air temprature is low" warning pop-up is appearing in my phone and also it switch off by its own whenever it want. And when I use to switch on the phone it not working only charging icon is shown even phone is not on charging, after shaking or taping on phone it switch on.
