Volume enhancing while on call
Getting Very low volume while on phone call but it is good while on speaker mode . How to fix it ??

Stupid question but have you pressed the volume up button whilst on a call? Also in volume settings is adjust media volume by buttons enabled? If so, disable it.

I have the same problem on Redmi Note 7 Pro. volume up/down are basic settings. While "ON CALL" the speakers voice is too low to hear. But it gets normal while playing music or hearing ringtone..
