Why is my ice maker not filling all the cubes

My ice maker is not filling all of the cubes. It only fill 4 of the 8 spots. I recently had to reset the whole maker as it quit making ice entirely and now it only fills halfway. Model number WRS325SDHBO8

Here's the tech sheet for the refrigerator.

Enter the diagnostic test mode as described by the tech sheet and perform Step #31 to check if the ice maker water fill test is OK or not.

If not it may be a faulty ice maker water inlet valve or a problem with the ice maker itself.
