There are a few things this could be and more details will help, but this page for iPhone Won’t Connect to WiFi has a pretty extensive list of fixes.

If Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are still having issues, then go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before. If you're still having trouble, Contact Apple Support.

Hi Raji,
I would suggest to do network reset if it's not working then you've to repair the phone with Tenorshare Reiboot ( the most easiest tool).

Raji, is this a new problem; something that just started recently, or has it been around for a while? Has anything changed or happened to the phone lately, like software updates, exposure to liquids, dropped, a recent repair, etc.?
The more you can tell us about how this came about, the better our answers will be in helping you resolve your problem.
