iPhone 6s water damaged can it be saved?

Hi my family member dropped their iPhone 6s in the toilet and after this it just shut off and was dead I have taken the logic board out and brushed over it with 99% isopropyl alcohol and soaked it for 24 hours I then dried with a hairdryer and left it to sit for a day after this I’ve put the logic board in a different working phone in case the charge port or other components were damaged but there were no signs of life is it fixable? as mostly I need to get the pictures that are stored on there

Thanks
