WIFI and Bluetooth stop working randomly

Those features both turn off during use and can't be turned back on without a reboot. This can take from 1 reboot to more than a dozen reboots to come back.

This issue has survived a reflash from Lineage OS 18 to 19. It occurred/ occurs with both versions. I didn't test it with the original Android OS.

Some forum users suggest pinching the bottom right hand corner to help create contact between certain components with cold solder and the motherboard. I can't tell if this helps or not.
