The screws in my laptop have been falling out so I was looking to see if I could pick up the identical type from Amazon or some general store

Yes it is a Lenovo IdeaPad 3-14ARE05! Like the screws underneath the laptop. There are supposed to be 10 and I only have 7

Natasha St Hilaire 6 of the screws are M2.5 x 7 mm and 4 are M2.5 x 4mm. The four (4) shorter screws go to the front (listed as 1b in the picture).
